Management and Directors

Patrick Sheridan Jr., CEO, President and Director
Mr. Sheridan was previously Director and President of Ontex Resources Limited, and is currently CEO of Guyana Goldfields Inc. He has a depth of experience from working in the mining industry for more than 20 years. He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom.

Gary Conn, Chairman, COO, Treasurer and Director
Mr. Conn was previously Vice President, Treasurer and a Director of Ontex Resources Limited since 1998, was President from 2006, and was CEO in 2007. He has over 30 years experience as a mining executive including managing multi-million dollar projects.

George Harrison, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harrison was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Goldstone in February 2009. Mr. Harrison is a Certified Management Accountant and a business graduate of McMaster University. He has over 25 years experience in senior financial positions with both Canadian and multi-national U.S. companies.

Jeffrey Elliott, Director
Mr. Elliott was a Director of Roxmark Mines Ltd from January 2005 on and has been a  financial communications consultant to major North American companies for nearly 30 years. He was previously a Director of another TSX-listed Canadian company and is currently President of Jeffrey Elliott Communications Inc. of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Philip Cunningham, Co-Chairman and Director
Mr. Cunningham was previously a Director of Roxmark Mines Ltd since August 2004 and Chairman of the Board since May 2005. Mr. Cunningham was previously Executive Vice President of Mackenzie Financial Corporation and Chairman of Mackenzie Financial Services Inc. He joined the Mackenzie organization in 1982.

Alan Ferry, Lead Director
Mr. Ferry was previously a Director for Ontex Resources Limited. Mr. Ferry has been an independent businessman since 2007 following over 28 years as a mining analyst and mining corporate finance specialist. Prior to that, he worked as a geologist. He sits on several public company boards including Lead Director of Guyana Goldfields Inc. and Chairman of Avalon Rare Metals Inc.

Rick Williams, Director
Mr. Williams is the President and founder of Blackwell Investor Relations Corp., an investor relations firm specializing in establishing and strengthening relationships between public companies and the investment community.  He is a lawyer by training, and has been active in the mining sector for the past 30 years as an officer and director of publicly listed companies.

Mike Kilbourne: VP Exploration
Mr. Kilbourne is a Geologist with 25 years experience in both mineral exploration and production throughout Quebec, Northern Ontario, Eastern Canada and the US and 15 years experience with mine modelling software. Mr. Kilbourne graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 with an Honours B.Sc. in Geology.
